By submitting this online Maintenance Request, tenant understand that tenants are solely responsible for adequately protecting and securing all furniture, equipment, clothing and all other personal property from any loss or damage arising out of the repair work to be performed in the rental property. Tenant will assume charges for any damages if damage was caused by Tenant and/or Tenant’s guest, or as a result of tenant negligence to promptly report needed repairs.
